Dartmouth College research featured on CNBC's "On the Money"

Dartmouth College's ice research is featured on CNBC's "On the Money" segment. CNBC  followed Prof. Victor Petrenko's research on ice, given that ice is a multi-billion dollar industry. Some applications of Prof. Petrenko's research include a new way to de-ice planes in flight and defrosting commercial air conditioners with less energy and in half the time. Dartmouth College has a licensing agreement with professors for their research; the research is important in its own right, but its ability to be a successful big business is evidenced on the Dartmouth campus.
